Education
I hold a law degree from University of Latvia and a LL.M. degree from Miami’s St. Thomas University, USA. Am based in London, UK. Am a member of various professional organisations - the Art Lawyers Association, the Institute of Art and Law. the Society for Computers and Law and the Justice, UK. I also serve as a trustee of the Colnaghi Foundation and a member of the Junior Board of the World Monuments Fund.
